Returns & Refund Policy

At The Illustrated Empath, we aim to provide meaningful products that support your journey of healing, intuition, and self-discovery. However, we understand that sometimes things may not align as expected. Below, you'll find the details of our returns and refund policy to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items that are personalized, custom-made, or digital downloads are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom artwork or personalized orders.
  • Downloadable art, eBooks, and digital tools.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items or promotional items (unless damaged or faulty).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at  jen@theillustratedempath.com  with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the reason for your return.
  • Photos of the product
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or faulty upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item was purchased as part of a promotion or sale, the refund will reflect the discounted price.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at  jen@theillustratedempath.com  and follow the return instructions.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue by offering an exchange, replacement, or refund.

8. Custom Orders and Digital Products

Since custom artwork and digital products are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or doesn’t meet the specifications you provided.
